A: The following verse caught my eye: Surah 2:11, "When it is said to them: 'Make not mischief on the earth,' they say: 'Why, we only Want to make peace!'"

Pls comment in light of present conditions.

Q: This verse, even though revealed regarding hypocrites, could perfectly fit those who claim to be the champions of peace and bitter enemies of terrorism, yet are the main supporters of state-sponsored terrorism in the world.

May Allah deal with them as they deserve to be dealt with, Amin.
